Leadership Basics Curriculum

The Leadership Basics Curriculum was individually developed by AHRENS & PARTNER for a specific client. It comprises three steps, each of which includes both computer-based training and presence training. The phases between the steps serve as transfer phases to guarantee the integration of learning into everyday life.

Step I

Management Basics

Professional discussions with employees

• Review of corporate personnel evaluation and development instruments
• Intensive training on discussions with employees
• Basic concepts on communication behaviour
• Discussion exercises and analysis from participants' everyday management life

• Various types of discussions: determining objectives, development, assessment and conflict-solving
• Efficient communication strategies

• Esteem-based behaviour

Social skills in management
